Summer Dryland!
Over the years I have learned to really love dryland training, especially when it's mountain biking or kayaking or hiking. Today I was supposed to do a 3 hour aerobic workout so I decied to bike to violin lake from Warfeild. Unfortunately it only took me 1 hour. So I biked half way around the lake, then I ran around the lake. Then I biked from where I left my bike at the far end of the lake to the...other...end of the lake. All of this only took me about 2 hours. So I started biking up a random logging road that I saw for half an hour and finally used the last half hour to come back down the mountain. It turned into an interesting adventure. The dog chased a couple grouse and a flock of turkeys and was afterwards very proud of himself.
Here's a picture of Reef not cooperating while I tried to take his picture at Violin.
